The Wellness and Recovery Center offers 16 private rooms with the highest standards of service delivery for acute and sub-acute withdrawal management as well as brief adult psychiatric residential care. It is conveniently located at 720 14th Avenue in Longview, Washington.

Services:

The Wellness and Recovery Center offers extensive medical services to assist patients with their withdrawal management needs. Our qualified medical staff are there to support patients needing detox from Alcohol, Opiates, Methamphetamine and more. Call or stop by, to talk to one of our staff members and get all the information about the services we provide. Naloxone (NARCAN ®) nasal spray is available for qualifying individuals to take home without a presription to help reduce the risk of death during an opioid overdose. At the Wellness and Recovery Center, we strive to make your Treatment Process as beneficial as possible.  Care is tailored to meet your individual needs.  We believe that the moment you ask for help, we have a responsibility to respond.  In addition to daily life skills care, individual residential rooms, and meals, below is an example of what you will receive from our staff of highly trained and caring professionals.

Prior to Admission and Provision of Care:

  • Assessment to identify presenting Substance Use and/or Behavioral Health needs;

  • A Health Screen by a Registered Nurse to identify Neurological, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Musculoskeletal, Genitourinary, Infections, Skin and Wound Assessment needs

  • Review of current medication regimens and an assessment of medical stability;

  • Identification of special needs that might need to be addressed during treatment such as the need for oxygen, fall risk, seizure risk, and dietary needs;

  • Identification of known diagnoses, care providers, and existing treatment plans;

  • Identification of your rights as a patient in our care and our dedication to professionalism and confidentiality; and

  • Early identification of Discharge Planning needs

Our Approach to Care

  • Licensed medical, substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health staff provide withdrawal management and psychiatric crisis support twenty-four hours a day.

  • Staff collaborate with community providers to help coordinate ongoing treatment services for patients and their families beyond the date of discharge.

  • Integrating care from the moment of admission through the point of discharge and beyond to further support each patient’s journey to recovery.
