A message from our Officers regarding COVID-19

Columbia Wellness Patrons,   

The staff of Columbia Wellness are grateful for our roles as Health Care Workers in Washington State.  Our responsibility to help protect the health and wellbeing of our communities extends to include education and support through difficult and uncertain times.  The COVID-19 virus pandemic affects us all on personal, familial, community, state, national and world levels.  As a community, we must help one another face the questions and challenges this virus brings.

The staff of Columbia Wellness will soon be offered the new COVID-19 vaccine.  Although we are not requiring staff to take the vaccine, we do encourage them to complete their own research and decide what is best for them and their families.  Though there is much political discussion regarding the virus and the vaccine, we would hope that weighing the risks and benefits of taking the vaccine be measured by the tremendous medical science that went into its development.

We at Columbia Wellness encourage you to seek medical guidance from your personal Health Care Provider or Physician as to whether you should receive the vaccine.  We will always advocate for your health and your well-being.  The decision to receive the vaccine is best made after you have all the medical facts in front of you.
