WISe Info & Eligibility

WISe is a voluntary service that takes a team approach to meeting the needs of children and youth. It provides intensive mental health services to support you and your family in meeting your goals.

WISe is available to Medicaid eligible youth from birth to age 21 that meet Access To Care Standards (standards used by mental health agencies to get the right level of services to individuals). Comprehensive screening tools (CANS) are conducted to determine if the youth and family screen into the WISe program.
